  •     2 lbs beef chuck roast
  •     2 tbsp vegetable oil
  •     1 large onion, diced
  •     4 cloves garlic, minced
  •     2 tbsp chili powder
  •     1 tsp cumin
  •     1 tsp paprika
  •     1 tsp oregano
  •     1 tsp thyme
  •     1 tsp salt
  •     1/2 tsp black pepper
  •     2 cups beef broth
  •     6-8 small flour tortillas

Instructions Of Easy Birria Tacos :

   1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
   2. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
   3. Add the beef chuck roast to the pot and brown on all sides, about 10 minutes.
   4. Add the chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper to the pot and stir to coat the beef.
   5. Pour in the beef broth and bring the mixture to a boil.
